OBSERVING HIJAB (VEIL)
1. ALLAH says:- O Prophet ! Tell thy wives and daughters and the believing women that they should cast veil over their persons (when out of doors). (Q.33 Ch. (Ahzali) verse 59) 2. Hazrat Fatma Zahra (S.A.) says:- Most advisable for women is that they should avoid looking at men and men too should avoid looking at them. (Manaqib-ul-Akhyaar, by Ibn-e-Aseer P.56) 3. Grand Ayatullahs Al-Khui and Al- Seestani says:- Hijab (observing veil) for women is among the essentials of Islam, and those who are careless about it are sinners. |
