Member of Political Bureau Hamas, Ezzat Resheq called to expand the boycott Zionist products campaign, especially those produced in the settlements built on Palestinian lands in occupied West Bank.
In a press release published on Facebook, Resheq considered that the large British Co-operative Group declaration of boycotting the Zionist companies built on occupied Palestinian territories in the West Bank, as a "new victory for our Palestinian cause."
He said: "We call on all companies and institutions to follow the example of this British company, and join the boycott Zionist products campaign."
The Co-operative Group decided to boycott companies that export goods from illegal Jewish settlements. It took the decision as an extension of its existing policy which had been not to source produce from illegal settlements that have been built on Palestinian territories in the West bank.
